Questions about a supplement label, a correction to one of our guides, or a partnership inquiry? This page explains the fastest way to reach us and what to include so we can answer properly.
What reaches us, and what helps us answer
We read everything sent to the editorial inbox. Replies can take a few working days, longer during busy periods, and we prioritise correction reports and reader questions over general inquiries. A specific email with the product name, the page you were reading, and a photo of the current label is usually answered in one round instead of three.
We write about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and the daily routines that hold them together. That means we can explain what a label says and what a nutrient is associated with. It also means there are questions we hand back to you or to a qualified professional.
- Reader questions
- Label reading, ingredient questions, and how a formula fits a daily routine. Include the product name and your age bracket.
- Corrections
- A guide that is wrong, or a formula that has changed since we published. A photo of the current label settles it fastest.
- Partnerships
- Brand collaborations and content licensing. Expect a slower reply than reader mail.
- Order and shipping
- We do not sell or ship products, so orders and payments go back to the retailer or marketplace where you bought them.
Editorial questions and corrections
If a guide contains an error, or a product we described has been reformulated, email [email protected] with the page name and a short description of the issue. A photo of the current label helps more than anything else, especially for products sold in Indonesia where listings change frequently. We update or flag affected pages once we have verified the change. Reader reports are one of our main triggers for revisions.
The most useful correction reports name three things: the guide, what it says now, and what the label says instead. If you can attach a photo of the back panel or link to the current listing, we can usually confirm within a day and mark the page as updated. Where a formula has changed quietly, we would rather add a dated note than rewrite a whole comparison on the strength of one email — so tell us when you bought the product, too.
A good correction report includes
- 01The page name, as you see it in the title or the address bar.
- 02The sentence or figure you believe is wrong, quoted or paraphrased.
- 03The current correct information, with a photo of the label if you have one.
- 04When and where you bought the product, if the change is recent.
Corrections are handled faster than general questions and are the reason our comparisons stay current.
Product and ingredient questions
For questions about what is inside a formula or how to read a supplement facts panel, include the product name and, if you can, the full ingredient list. Generic questions are harder to answer usefully than specific ones. Tell us your age bracket and what you are already taking, and we can point you to the relevant guide or explain the label language.
What to send with each kind of question
If you are already reading one of our pages, mention it in the first line. We keep earlier emails on file, so you never need to repeat the full context.
Partnership and business inquiries
Partnership requests, including brand collaborations and content licensing, go to the same address with “Partnership” in the subject line. We do not sell ranking positions in comparisons, and we do not publish sponsored reviews, so those requests are not a fit. Editorial collaborations that respect those boundaries are welcome to reach out.
Expect a slower response than reader questions. A short note describing what you would like to do, and why it would help readers compare natural supplements for men more clearly, gets a more useful reply than a generic pitch.
We welcome
- Editorial contributions that meet our standards
- Licensing our comparisons or guides
- Corrections from brands whose formula changed
We decline
- Paid placement inside a comparison
- Sponsored reviews or guest posts with links
- Requests to change a ranking for payment
Our editorial standards explain how we pick what to cover and how we handle updates. If your question is about those rules, that page answers it faster than email.
Send a message, or come by appointment
Use the form if you would rather not open your mail app. Tell us which kind of question it is — a correction, a label question, or a partnership note — and we will route it to the right desk. The office details and working hours sit beside it.

Indonesia - Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WITA, excluding public holidays. Visits are by appointment, since the team works on editorial schedules rather than walk-in support. If you are local and need to drop something off, email first and we will confirm a time.

For anything involving documents, labels, or product details, email is more reliable, since we can keep the information on file. Phone is best for short questions and scheduling. If no one picks up, email is the faster path to an answer.
Jl. Teuku Umar No. 18, Denpasar, Bali
The office sits on Jl. Teuku Umar in Denpasar. If you are coming from elsewhere in Bali, plan around the morning traffic window and email ahead so someone is expecting you — the team is often mid-editorial and not on a walk-in schedule.
What we cannot help with
Knowing this in advance saves you a round trip. We are an editorial team writing about natural supplements and healthy lifestyle products, not a clinic or a shop.
- Medical advice. We cannot recommend doses for health conditions or comment on your personal test results. If you are taking prescription medication or managing a diagnosed condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before adding supplements.
- Orders and payments. We do not process orders, shipping, or payments for any product. Those go to the retailer or marketplace where you made the purchase.
- Product availability. We can describe what a formula contains, but we do not hold stock or confirm what a specific store has on the shelf today.
Anything in a supplement is intended as part of a daily routine, not as a medicine. Products mentioned on this site are not drugs.
Before you write
Five answers that cover most of the questions we get, so you can skip the email if one of them already fits.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Typically three to five working days for reader questions. Correction reports are prioritised and usually handled faster. Partnership inquiries take longer.
Can I ask for medical advice?
No. We are an editorial team, not a clinical service. We can explain what is on a label and what a nutrient is associated with, but we cannot advise on your health or medication.
Do you accept guest posts?
We consider editorial contributions that meet our standards, but not promotional content or paid placements. Send a short pitch with your topic and background, and we will respond if it is a fit.
Can you help with an order I placed elsewhere?
No. We do not handle orders, shipping, or payments for any product. Contact the retailer or marketplace where you made the purchase.
What should I include in a correction report?
The page name, what is incorrect, and the current correct information, ideally with a photo of the label or a link to the listing. That is enough for us to verify and update.
Response times and follow-ups
Most reader emails get a reply within three to five working days. Correction reports are handled faster. If you have not heard back in a week, a short follow-up is fine and will not be seen as pushy. We keep emails on file, so you do not need to repeat the full context when following up on an earlier question.
While you wait, the guides below answer a lot of what arrives in the inbox: how to compare men’s vitamin formulas, what vitamins and minerals for men actually do, and how to build a daily routine that fits a working week in Indonesia.
Keep reading while you wait
One email is enough to start
Send the page, the product, and what you would like us to check. If it is a correction, we will verify and update. If it is a question, we will point you to the guide that answers it.
